French Digifarms to foster digital innovations
The Digifarm was unveiled in Boigneville on 28th September 2016
ARVALIS-Institut du végétal and the Ile-de-France inter-departmental Chamber of Agriculture have signed a partnership agreement at the official inauguration of the Digifermes® (Digital farm) in Boigneville. The Chamber of Agriculture thus joins ARVALIS, the Livestock-breeders Institute, the technical Institute on Beet, and Terres Inovia for supporting farmers in the use of digital technologies. It will assess those technologies through a farms’ network, and on the basis of R&D work carried out on the two Digifermes® in Boigneville and Saint-Hilaire en Woëvre (East of France).
